In our guest house, rated 3 ears of corn by Gîtes de France , come and discover its unique 90m² patio with a Gaudí -style fountain at its center. When the weather permits , homemade breakfasts are served in our " Catalan patio ." Our three bedrooms feature quality bedding and each has a private bathroom. Each room is decorated with themes reflecting the owners' lives and also has a private entrance, a terrace, and a view of the Albères mountain range.

If you want to hike and/or visit the Pyrénées Orientales department, then Marion is there to advise you. From our guesthouse, you have access to numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the Albères Massif and towards the Côte Vermeille ( Argelès-sur-Mer , Collioure , Port-Vendres , Banyuls- sur-Mer, Cerbère ). Just 1 km from our house, you can visit the Valley of the Turtles , the Sorède Solar Furnace , and the Hackberry Wood Whip and Riding Crop Factory.
The house, its patio and the living areas
Our charming guesthouse can accommodate 8 people. Our 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are arranged around a unique patio . The nightly rate varies between €84 and €104 for 2 people, including breakfast. We accept ANCV holiday vouchers. Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm and check-out is before 11 am. We are open year-round. You have access to our heated swimming pool . From mid-May to mid-September (10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM in high season). You have free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and on the TV . We provide baby equipment.
Access to our house in Sorède is either from the motorway from Spain from Le Boulou or from Perpignan by taking the direction of Argelès sur mer and Collioure.
We do not offer meals, but you have access to a kitchenette , and there are 5 restaurants in the village of Sorède (less than 1 km from your room). We do not accept pets in the guest rooms.
The Patio and its fountain
Our house is contemporary and dates from 1972. It is arranged around a large 90m2 patio where we serve breakfast.(8:30 to 9:30 am) homemade. In case of bad weather, we move to the kitchenette (where you can prepare snacks). The entrance hall consists of 2 rooms: one on the ground floor with a relaxation and games area for children and adults, the other upstairs with a library (novels, tourist information).
Our 2 cottages
Our 2 cottages " L'arbousier " or " Le Micocoulier " are located on our AlPati property next to our guest house where our swimming pool is located.
Both cottages face south/east with views of the Albères Massif (hiking trails start from the cottages). The beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer are 7km away.
They are each equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, refrigerator, TV, WiFi, ..., air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating , garden furniture, barbecue and have private parking .
The garden and the swimming pool
Our heated swimming pool (9m long x 4m wide), open from May 15th to September 15th, is located in a large, enclosed, and wooded garden with views of the Albères mountain range , which slopes down to the Côte Vermeille . You can relax on the sun loungers by the pool or play pétanque or table tennis. A foosball table in the patio is also available for our bed and breakfast guests.
You can have a picnic in the shade of a pergola.
